Responsibilities
- Preparing food on the menu
- Ensuring a high quality of food standards served to customers
- Report stocks and inventory management of the kitchen to the Supervisor
- Also responsible to take on overall cleanliness of outlet and dishwashing duties
- Required to follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure good hygiene standards
Requirements
- 5.5 workdays - 12 hours (including a 2-hour break) for one day / 6 hours (including 1-hour break) for half day
- At least 1–2-year experience in related field
- Possess Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 certification
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
- Preferably with experience in traditional coffee/tea preparation
