We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Industry & Functional AI Value Strategy Manager to join our team at Accenture. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a passion for driving technological innovation through data-driven transformations, particularly within Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:Lead and orchestrate intricate data and technology-enabled initiatives within Financial Services.
Advise client leadership teams on effective steps for delivering and managing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Team Management:Lead and mentor cross-functional and multicultural teams across different time zones.
Foster a collaborative and non-hierarchical working environment to drive team success and surpass client expectations.
- Client Engagement:Serve as the primary liaison for clients, managing day-to-day interactions and ensuring seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, vendors, and delivery teams.
- Project Delivery:Oversee the end-to-end strategy implementation and rollout of data products and AI use cases.
Lead the setup of Value Realisation Offices (VROs), focusing on KPI definition and prioritisation frameworks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit commitments, particularly in data transformation projects.
- Innovation and Problem-Solving:Craft creative solutions for clients, guiding large-scale technological and data transformations.
Apply logical problem-solving skills to bridge gaps between technological landscapes and business imperatives.
Drive the productionisation of AI use cases and setup of Centres of Excellence (CoEs)
Qualifications:
- A decade of experience in data and AI transformation, particularly within Financial Services.
- Has led day-to-day client liaison for Data Management, overseeing the group data control framework, group data standards, reference data and fostering engagement between key customers and delivery teams
- Experienced in data paper outlining the path to green, ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit commitments
- Previously led end-to-end strategy implementation and Bank wide rollout for Data Products delivery & AI use case delivery, encompassing Operational Model design and optimisation of product lifecycle.
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving team success.
- Strong strategic planning, data management, and AI expertise.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to bridge gaps between technology and business.
- Experience in advising senior client leadership teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Ability to work across multicultural and cross-functional teams in different time zones.
