We are looking for a Finance & Corporate Service Executive to be responsible for the efficient and effective management of administrative and operational functions. This includes overseeing areas such as finance, human resources, facilities management, and compliance, ensuring the company operates smoothly and in accordance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:Develop and manage the company’s annual budget.
  Monitor income and expenditure, ensuring financial stability. Prepare financial reports and statements for management and stakeholders. Oversee financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  
• Human Resources:Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for all company staff. Oversee employee contracts, payroll, and benefits administration. Implement performance management systems and ensure employee development. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  
• Facilities Management:Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company facilities, including offices and any other relevant spaces.
  Manage contracts with suppliers and vendors for cleaning, maintenance, and other services. Ensure a safe and secure environment for all staff and visitors.
  
• Compliance:Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to industry-specific requirements, finance, and employment. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance. Stay abreast of regulatory changes and advise management on necessary actions.
  
• General Administration:Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, record-keeping, and scheduling. Provide support to management and other departments as required. Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of company operations.
  

Training available for candidates without relevant experience but comes with good working attitude and ethics.
