Our client, a leading maritime shipping MNC, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as Assistant Manager, Terminal Operations & Development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with equity terminals to review operating and financial performances
- Assist to set, monitor terminals' KPIs to understand the performance gaps
- Prepare and present regular updates on the performance of the terminals, its related projects and/or ongoing discussions
- Review terminals’ annual budget including capital expenditure plans and assist to obtain Management approvals
- Review terminals' existing processes for opportunities to improve and implement best practices and work across departments to manage various aspects of termina
- Initiate feasibility studies for investments or long-term partnerships with operators and develop business plan and financial models for investment/divestment projects
- Review current portfolio of terminals to determine consolidation and/or divestment opportunities
- Drive the end-to-end deal execution process (financial modelling, risk assessments, valuation, due diligence, structuring and closing)
- Prepare expression of interest and bid documents where appropriate
- Act as PMO, lead and coordinate in discussions involving teams from regional organization, corporate shared services (Legal, Finance, Tax, etc.) and external consultants
- Draft and review documents such as joint venture agreements, shareholders agreements service agreements and others
- Perform due diligence to confirm validity of information obtained from potential partners or acquisition targets
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or related disciplines
- Candidates with CFA Charterholder or in the process of pursuing the CFA preferred
- Minimum 4 to 6 years years of working experience in Investments Analysis and Financial Statements within the industry
- Experienced in financial modelling with strong analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of legal contracts

- Location: Central
- Working hours: 5 days work week
- Salary: Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
