Operational Support:
- Develop and implement data management policies and processes across the organisation
- Assist with collecting, compiling, analysing and presenting basic data on the organisational and project level to support strategic decision-making as well as programme design and implementation
- Review operational processes related to programme implementation and volunteer management within ActSEA and our partners, and identify and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with processing the approval and payment of invoices, reimbursement claims, and payroll, for ActSEA as well as impact organisations in our network
- Support the accurate and timely entry of financial transactions and compilation of supporting documents into Google Sheets, NocoDB, and/or Quickbooks for ActSEA as well as impact organisations in our network to ensure smooth project implementation.
