Job Responsibilities:
•Handle spare parts inquiries
•Costing and prepare proposals
•SAP Parts Setup (SPS) Workflow requests
•Handle serial records retrieval requests (specification sheets, BOM, Assembly Quality Plan (AQP), drawings, certificates, etc)
•Review purchase orders received to ensure correctness for order processing
•Order processing
•Order management
•Handle short lead time orders
•Assist in reports generation
Job Requirements:
•Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum 1 year relevant experience preferred.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Familiar with SAP is an asset.
•Strong PC skills, proficient in MS-Office, especially in Excel.
•Positve thinker, fast learner, accurate, conscientious, energetic, continuous improver
•Proactive and clear thinker, open minded, excellent time-management with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
•Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
•Fluent in English in both written and spoken.
