Job descriptions:
Preparing and cooking according to the menu and standard recipe. (Includes preparation of the ingredients and cooking of the menu)
Ensuring food quality, taste and presentation are up to standard.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and preparation areas; adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
Daily inventory checking, maintaining stock level to minimize wastage.
Working with bar and service staff to ensure smooth service.
Upkeep cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with enquiries and orders professionally.
Involve or assist in R&D for possible new menu development.
Ad hoc assigned includes event catering/set ups, training of the part timers, running errands related to operation etc.
