Position: Restaurant Manager (F&B Manager)
Working Hours: 6 Days a Week (Monday - Saturday), 10am - 10pm
Store Operating Hours: 10am - 10pm
Note: Flexibility to work at both of our branches is required.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team. As an F&B Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Korean restaurant. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness, all while managing day-to-day restaurant activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control: Oversee and ensure the quality and consistency of Korean food served. Conduct daily inspections of cooking processes and food preparation to meet our high standards.
Sanitation Management: Enforce strict sanitation standards at all stations to ensure a clean and safe dining environment. Regularly inspect the cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly. Ensure that all guests receive a memorable dining experience.
Staff Management: Supervise and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent service. Conduct training and development to enhance team performance.
Operational Efficiency: Manage restaurant operations efficiently, including inventory control, scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Branch Flexibility: Work across both branches, ensuring consistency in operations and quality standards.
Requirements:
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Korean cuisine and beverages. Previous experience in a Korean restaurant kitchen is highly advantageous.
Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Availability: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Passion: A genuine passion for the food and beverage industry with a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.
Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
