Information

1. Salary range: $4,000 - $5,000 + Commission
2. Allowance: $1,500 Transport
3. Working hours : 8:30am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
• Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and take corrective action as needed.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and resource allocation.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.
• Ensure agreement with customers are executed by the team.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer needs.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
• Protect and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and marketing initiatives.
• Leverage digital marketing channels (e.g., websites, social media, SEO) to reach target audiences
• Organize and participate events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and products.

Requirements:

• Understand marketing principles including brand management, market research, and digital marketing.
• Ability to analyze financial data and metrics to assess sales performance and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of the heavy equipment industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players.
• Knowledge of economic conditions, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
