As a Executive Building & Facilities Management, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Facility Maintenance & Operations: Oversee and maintain company facilities, ensuring high standards of upkeep, safety, and functionality for an optimal work environment. Supervise all maintenance and administrative activities, including site inspections, employee support, and facility enhancements.
• Project & Contract Management: Plan, monitor, and execute all repair, maintenance, and renovation projects from cost estimation to documentation. Handle vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, and ensure quality service delivery within budget.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Implement and manage EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) protocols. Regularly review policies on fire safety, health, risk, and disaster recovery to meet compliance and operational efficiency.
• Budget & Resource Management: Prepare, track, and manage facility budgets, aiming for cost-effective resource use. Monitor expenses, contract invoicing, and manage cost-saving initiatives.
• Staff Supervision: Lead and train the Building and Facilities team, ensuring efficient staffing, performance management, and adherence to operational standards.
• Emergency Preparedness: Conduct fire drills and tabletop exercises; ensure security and respond promptly to alarms and facility issues.
• Liaison & Documentation: Represent the company with regulatory bodies, oversee necessary certifications and permits, and maintain comprehensive records for all facilities.

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years as executive/senior executive/supervisory role in related field
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Engineering or related qualifications such as facilities, project management, business management or construction management

As a Executive, Clinical & Health Informatics Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the maintenance and operationalization of policies, guidelines and frameworks which governs the development and implementation of clinical and health IT systems supporting patient care like Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Operationalizing of policies and the tactical implementation of strategic initiatives by way of work plans to ensure that CHIO meets its strategic goals and objectives.
• Knowledge and content management of project files and documentation, meeting minutes, discussions, and key decisions in support of clinical and health informatics, and to ensure ease of future reference.
• Support CHIO in the execution of hospital health informatics training and development plans, and academics and research for health informatics, to support both clinical and non-clinical staff who wish to pursue a career in informatics and to support the hospital’s health informatics strategy roadmap.

Requirements:

• Degree qualification in any field of studies.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experiences
