Looking for Kitchen Staff
Responsibilities:
1. Control and direct the food preparation process and any other related activities.
2. Develop and maintain recipes in accordance to the brands’ culinary direction; through working closely with other key employees.
3. Comply with nutrition and hygiene regulations & safety standards.
4. Keeping kitchen and equipment clean and in good working conditions.
6. Inventory management.
Skills:
1.Make sure food operations are set up in a way that it runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.
2. Stay attuned to the latest food market trends and cooking techniques or methods.
3. Maintain good and complete knowledge of customers preferences.
4. Ensure the food is consistently prepared and served by the on-duty staff according to the restaurant recipes and SOPs.
5. Giving assistance to develop better kitchen environment and work processes.
Work Location: Buangkok
Work timing: 6am-2pm
