Conduct daily check to ensure proper working condition of equipment.
Ensure inventory of stock supplies are sufficient.
Attend to guests’ needs and complaints promptly and politely.
Resolve all potential service failure issues.
Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the SOP on daily basis
Supervise and participate in activities of the service personnel under his direct supervision.
Supervise food and beverage service by directing and guiding subordinates.
Ensure that all requisitions for the week are duly delivered and stored appropriately.
Coordinate regular monthly maintenance and recording.
Execute any duty that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Backup manpower shortage
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level, but we value practical experience as a valuable alternative that fosters growth and learning.
At least 2 years of experience in casual dining or relevant experience in a similar concept.
Familiarity with POS systems
Able to start working immediately.

6 days Work Week
