Responsibilities:
· Lead our server and storage team with a strategic vision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving operational excellence.
· Showcase advanced proficiency in Red Hat, VMware, Hitachi, and Dell Technologies, providing strategic guidance for infrastructure optimization.
· Efficiently manage internal resources, fostering collaboration, skill development, and cultivating a results-driven culture.
· Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions for maximum satisfaction.
· Oversee end-to-end infrastructure projects, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
· Lead the seamless integration of emerging technologies, ensuring compatibility, and driving continuous improvement.
· Proactively identify and address technical challenges, minimizing downtime, and maintaining the highest levels of system reliability.
· Establish and monitor key performance indicators, driving continuous improvement in server and storage operations.

Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in server and storage management.
· Expertise in Red Hat, VMware, Hitachi, and Dell Technologies.
· Proven track record in leading teams, managing customer relationships, and handling infrastructure projects.
