To keep a high standard of careful and meticulous food preparation and quality according to the Japanese way as instructed by Chefs and according to Company’s direction
To ensure hygiene and cleanliness of food and kitchen operations at the highest industry standards
To assist in the preparation of Staff meal, if necessary
To assist in dishwashing
To work with team to provide efficient operation, hygiene, cleanliness and service delivery
Assist and manage any other relevant business duties and responsibilities as required by management
