Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the Director.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are fully integrated into the team.
- Staff Management:Provide guidance, training support to trainers, and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans for staff.
Ensure outlet is meeting monthly sales targets.
- Client Experience:Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring that every client receives an exceptional experience.
Respond to client feedback and complaints promptly, taking corrective action as needed.
- Inventory:
- Collaborate with the procurement department to manage stock levels, including ordering and storage of products.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of supplies and optimize inventory management.
