Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns that align with the company's branding and marketing strategies.
- Develop content for digital and social media channels, including graphic carousel posts and short videos.
- Create and adapt marketing creatives, including eDMs, digital banners, brand guides, website graphics, short “explainer” videos, slide presentations, posters, brochures, and advertisements.
Web Design: Visual Enhancement of organization website:
- Ensure web visuals are optimized and responsive across all devices.
- Design and create visually appealing informative infographics, charts, and illustrations to present complex information in a clear and accessible manner for organization website.
Supporting Development of Brand Architecture and Enhancement of Brand Guidelines:
- Aid in the development and implementation of a new brand architecture.
- Support the expansion of the existing brand guide to include usage of brand elements and guidelines for sub-brands and co-branding lockups.
- Assist in maintaining and uploading brand identity and guidelines to ensure brand consistency and visual integrity across all touchpoints, marketing materials, and channels.
Develop and Maintain an Organized Asset Library:
- Create and update templates for marketing materials, such as EDMs, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Streamline collaboration with other divisions by curating relevant assets and sharing existing templates where relevant.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Mass Communication/ Marketing or any related field.
- Min 2 years of experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and other relevant design work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), web design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD for designing collaterals.
- Familiar with web design, user interface design principles, responsive design, and web accessibility standards will be a plus.
