As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project delivery through the effective coordination of BIM processes. Working closely with project teams, you will manage the development and integration of BIM models, drive collaboration across disciplines, and uphold project standards to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure alignment of BIM workflows and objectives.
• Coordinate and manage the development of BIM models for various project phases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
• Implement and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), ensuring adherence to ISO 19650 or other relevant industry standards.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution using tools like Navisworks or Solibri, facilitating coordination between disciplines.
• Support the integration of 3D models with project schedules, 4D simulations, and quantity take-offs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices.
• Conduct quality control checks on models to ensure compliance with project requirements and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain project templates, libraries, and content to enhance productivity and standardization.
• Train and mentor team members on BIM software and workflows, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in BIM and digital construction, implementing innovative solutions to improve project outcomes.
