· Diploma holder with relevant working experiences

· Experience in customer service would be preferred

· Billing and Claims Administration

· Data Analysis and Data Handling Skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

· May be required to use Government digital tools

Job Description

1. Set up and manage registration processes (e.g. process the registration, appeals, maintain database of registrants)
2. Work with appointed vendor and agencies to consolidate and disseminate the required information
3. Process reports submitted by vendor (e.g. verification of acknowledgement slips)

Job Scope:

Legalisation (Main Task):

- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of procedures prior to document authentication

- Conduct thorough, multi-step verifications on Singapore Government-issued documents before processing them

- Provide exceptional, responsive customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience

- Assist customers and members of the public with online payment processes

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through walk-ins and emails

- Address customer challenges or concerns related to Certificates and document legalisation

- Support counter operations by assisting with general and technical issues, escalating matters as needed before opening

Stakeholding (When required):

- Administrative support (including data entry) to the team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations

- Maintain and update records in the Stakeholding System and SharePoint

- Ensure timely completion and accuracy of assigned tasks.

- Carry out additional duties as assigned

Working Arrangement:

Contract Duration: 11 Months

Location: Coleman Street

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (office hours)

Salary: Monthly Rated

Job Requirements:

• Strong customer service orientation, complemented by excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS SharePoint and MS Office Suite, including MS Word and Excel.

• Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to tasks.

• Able to work independently as well as a team player

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Training will be provided
