Job Description
• Manage 3 outlets that encompass retailing of skin care products and provision of facial treatment services.
• Oversee outlet sales, operations, marketing and processes with a view to growing revenues.
• Lead, manage and motivate a team of customer service consultants and therapists to achieve their goals.
• Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and coaching on an ongoing basis. Implement measures to improve performance measures.
• Maintain effective communications with management to ensure smooth and compliant operations of all outlets.
• Work closely with the outlets on the execution of sale and promotional activities.
• Handle customers' feedback/complaints, provide service recovery effectively.
• Periodically review, maintain and update policies.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising and managing retail and/or salon outlets.
• Strongly oriented to revenue and growth while maintaining strong commitment to ethical practices.
• Capable of building team spirits across various outlets, manage sales, operations and simultaneously meet customer satisfaction.
• Willing to attend to urgent matter during retail hours.
