Job Scope:
- Manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from initial concept to final handover, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, allocating resources and assigning team members to ensure the efficient execution of projects.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing tender bids for new projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Evaluate and authorize any project changes that affect the budget, timeline, or scope.
- Lead complex or critical projects, monitoring progress and performance to ensure alignment with project plans.
- Address operational issues promptly to minimize delays and ensure project continuity.
- Select, mentor, and manage a team of project members, ensuring organizational goals are achieved and legal requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining the highest safety and quality protocols throughout the project.
- Allocate resources, including capital and manpower, to maximize productivity while keeping project expenses within budget.
- Approve project investments that align with the organization’s goals and financial strategies.
Requirement:
- Recognized Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 -13 years of relevant experience in the Electrical / ACMV Engineering Industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with project teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage teams and projects efficiently.
