Contract Period:

• Base Year: 2 Jan 2025 to 24 Oct 2025 or after the issuance of LOA whichever is later
• Option Year: 2 Jan 2026 to 23 Oct 2026 or after the issuance of LOA whichever is later.
• (Payment will be pro-rated on non-working days where service is required)

Deployment:

• Mon to Fri: 7.30 am to 4.30 pm (inclusive of 1 hr lunch break)
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays and school holidays.

Scope of Works:

• To assist the teachers in the preparation of crockery and ingredients for cookery classes.
• To assist the teachers in the distribution of crockery and ingredients to students during cookery classes.
• To clean all equipment and crockery items used during cookery lessons and ensure these items are stored appropriately at the end of the working day.
• To ensure that table-tops and floors are kept clean at the end of each lesson, and at the end of the day.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by SH/HOD overseeing the department.

Requirement:

• GCE ‘N’ Level: Able to understand instructions, read, write and speak simple English.
• A valid WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 (or above) certification during period of contract: Possess knowledge of food preparation and safety
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in any previous food handling assignments

Contract Period:

• 2 January 2025 – 31 Dec 2025

Deployment:

• Mondays to Fridays: 6.30am to 5:30pm, (Atleast 4 Hours) inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
• Service not required during home based learning days and school holidays unless required by the school.

Scope of Works:

• Ordering and preparation of ingredients and equipment for practical lessons in the food labs
• General cleaning and maintenance of the food labs
• Checking, collating, ordering and receiving of ingredients from supplier
• All other duties as required by the Authority

Requirement:

• PSLE Certificate or equivalent
• 1 yr exp as Food Lab Assistant in Schools
• Follow Food and Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures
