Responsibilities

• Assist all Chefs in performing general food- preparation tasks

· Organizing and arranging necessary ingredients for orders of the day

· Maintaining general cleanliness of the kitchen, general washing and keeping food storage areas clean and orderly

· To keep a check on the ingredients needed and to raise requisitions for any shortage

• Compliant to the mandatory hygiene and safety standards and requirements

• Maintain and continuously seek improvement in food quality standards and service and operating standards to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

• Supervising and assisting in training of new employees

• To possess expert knowledge of food preparation and cooking procedures

Requirements

• Experience working in F & B preferred

• Responsible, organized and able to work in fast paced environment and works well even under pressure

• Able to work with minimal supervision

• Perform quality control checks and generate QA reports for incoming and outgoing products to ensure that they meet quality and safety standards in accordance to SFA's regulations

• Provide technical and quality related assistance to other departments when required

• Perform regular internal and external product quality control and monitor their quality so as to provide timely feedback to category/supplier for improvement

• Compile QA report related documents

• Assist to maintain, source and purchase QA equipment and consumables when required

• Assist in product development or product improvement evaluation preparations when required

• Assist central kitchen or other departments with product specification, certification and quality related document requests

• Assist in tasks as and when required by superior/management

• Able to manage and complete ISO requirement

Responsibilities:-

•Conceptualise catering and wedding event setups.

• Source for and create event display equipment and props.

• Arranging for necessary wedding supplies and equipment to be transported to the wedding venue in a timely manner and overseeing setup of event.

• Execute event setups.

• Plan and coordinate with the sales team to understand customer event requirements.

• Support in adhoc tasks.

Requirements:-

- Minimum 1 year of experience

- Excellent time managing skill

• Conceptualize and create interesting content for both online and offline platforms.

• Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history
• Confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action

Job requirements:

Responsibilities

· Take orders, cashiering and counting of daily cash flow

Responsibilities

• Report to and assist the Operations Manager with the entire catering operations

• Assembling food items according to the Delivery orders

• Loading and unloading of equipment and food

• Punctual delivery of food and set up of events

• Compliant to the mandatory hygiene and safety standards and requirements

• Support the logistics and provide catering services including set up, fulfill service staff requirements when needed for all types of events.

• Responsible for proper care of catering equipment.

• Ensure timely delivery of all events as per the delivery schedule.

• Liaise with clients on set-up requirements.

· Collect payments from customers on orders that are cash-on-delivery.

· Ensure that vehicles are in good working condition and to maintain cleanliness of vehicle

• Exhibit excellent customer service, always keeping customer satisfaction in mind

• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

· Possess Singapore class 3/ 4 driving license with clean records and good driving skills.

· Able to communicate effectively with customers in simple English and/ or Chinese.

· Independent and self-motivated individual with positive attitude.

· Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

· Able to work under pressure and a good team player.

· Able to work independently and yet adhere to the strict timelines.

· Must be punctual, dependable and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

· Must be physically fit and strong as the job requires carrying of heavy events equipment.

· Able to work in a fast paced environment.

· Experience in the set-up of buffet events will be advantageous.

· Familiar with Singapore roads.
