Assistant Restaurant Manager (Japanese Fine Dining, Sentosa, 5-days)
MUST possess either Japanese Restaurant (Omakase/Kappou/etc.) or Fine Dining background
Min 2 years Restaurant Management experience
Possess Wine/Sake serving experience/knowledge (relevant certifications such as WSET will be highly advantageous)
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Sun), 2pm-11pm
