To continue the legacy of Goodwood Park, we are looking for dynamic and committed candidates to join our F&B Department.
Reporting to the Director of F&B, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-
Ensure and maintain high standards of food safety requirements within the Hotel in accordance to the standards and procedures.
- Conduct daily site inspections of F&B outlets and kitchens to ensure our operational team members adhere to the rules and regulations required under our local regulatory NEA licensed requirement based on ‘A’ grading criteria for F&B and food establishment standards.
- Review and establish food safety SOP annually.
- Establish standards in personal hygiene.
- Ensure internal food safety audits are undertaken bi-monthly based on Food Safety policies with a report to the relevant department heads addressing corrective action required.
- Organize food safety training to all levels of staff and casuals.
- Responsible for chairing and organizing food safety meetings within the Hotel.
- Conduct regular supplier audits and inspections on supplier’s food supplied.
- Demonstrate awareness Occupational Health and Safety regulations and policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines.
- Ensure food microbial testing is undertaken at the required frequency
Qualifications
- Diploma in Food Science / Food Technology
- Must possess WSQ Conduct Food & Beverage Hygiene Audit, Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate, HACCAP Certification.
- 2 years of working experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Able to start at short notice would be advantageous
