As the head of the kitchen team, you will have a deep understanding of our ingredients, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to create and execute a diverse, high-quality menu that reflects our brand.
Job Description:
• Design and innovate traditional and modern Chinese dishes while maintaining authenticity.
• Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor stock levels to minimize waste and control costs.
• Ensure the kitchen adheres to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar leadership role in a Chinese restaurant.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, budgeting, and inventory management.
