We are looking for experinced Chinese Food Chef with Mala/Spicy Hotpst for at less 3 Years.
He need to be proficient in Chinese cooking , able to cook , Manage kitchen team and operations (including procurement, quality control).
His duty and job scope include and not limited to:
- preparation of ingredients for food dishes in designated outlet(s)
- ordering and ensuring food and stock supplies are consistent in quality
- overall responsible for food/ingredient quality preparation and hygiene standards
- Responsible for storing and packing of food and ingredients in neat and orderly manner according to approved safety and hygiene standards
- Responsible for cost control and budgeting for food supplies to ensure competitiveness
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time, including assisting or being tasked to handle other kitchen sections’ duties
