Applicant has to know North indian cuisine and also Tandoor operations

Applicant must have good knowledge of Restaurant operations . Day today plannigf of the activity like duty Roster ordering , handling sullpiers taing different quotations for supplies. know of North Indian cuisine is a must . Bar operations has to be a dded advantage like bar setting Cocktails promotion and Wines . If required company will send for wine training . Work with the executive chef and plan menu. inventory , portion control

Applicant has to be able to handle entire Kitchen on himself.Should be team playerand be able to train other junior Chefs. Knowledge of North Indian Cuisine is amust . Knowlege of Tandoor and curries is essential for the applicant . Food costing including portion control and plating is also essential . Applicant has to work with Director operations to run the operations including hygiene procedures of the restaurant .
