Responsibilities
Welcome guests to the venue
Provide accurate wait time and monitor waiting lists
Manage reservations
Escort guest to assigned dining or bar areas
Greet guests upon their arrival and departure
Maintain the cleanliness of reception area
Cater to guests who require extra attention
Responds to guest inquiries and requested in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Passing out menus and answer incoming calls and address guests queries
Requirements
Able to provide customer service in a fast-paced environment
Good positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff
Experience in managing reservation
Good communication skill (via phone and in-person)
Goo organisational skill with the ability to monitor entire dining and bar area
