Main duties
Assist in the preparation of food. Ensure that meals' nutritional value and quality meet the required statutory requirements & standards. Be responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, food storage & serving areas. Prepare and process food under the direction of the Chef.
Other duties
Send cooked food to the relevant departments.
Carry out instructions given by the Chef with the day-to-day operations of the food service.
Job requirements:
Able to understand simple English
Able to carry heavy things
Have a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
Able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
Able to work rotating shifts: 6.00 am to 2.00 pm and 11.30 am-to 7.30 pm (6 days work week)
