Job Description: Restaurant Waiter/Waitress
Salary: $2000 - $2,200
Work Schedule: 4-day work week, 9-hour daily shift (including a 1-hour break)
Off Days: Fixed Sundays plus 2 days (non-fixed), and Public Holidays
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any service-related concerns promptly.
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Upsell menu items and inform guests of specials or promotions.
- Adhere to restaurant policies and safety standards.
