Job scope
Perform meat-cutting, merchandising and housekeeping duties productively with the aim of optimizing department sales
Weigh, clean and cut all types and sizes of fishes of all sizes for customers accurately according to standards and requirements
Upkeep freshness and ensure high quality standards when handling goods at the cutting station, displaying goods at seabed and arranging goods in the storage rooms
Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, cleanliness, personal grooming and hygiene at all times to reflect a good company image
Receiving of goods
Organizing and storing inventory
Any other adhoc duties as per assigned
Job Requirement:
Basic fish cutting skills and product knowledge
Candidates without relevant experience will also be considered for the trainee role
Physically fit, able to handle 25kg box.
Maintain personal and work place hygiene
Team player, able to work closely within the team.
Willing to learn, positive attitude and able to take initiative.
Responsible/Flexible and able to work independently.
