A top-tier UK law firm is looking for a paralegal to join their Restructuring & Insolvency team (non-contentious) in their Singapore office. They are looking for a vibrant paralegal who would like to develop their legal skills and grow together with the team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with transaction documents
- Legal research and liaising with clients
- Managing closing processes and other administrative duties
- Supporting the Partners and Associates
Requirements:
- You are Singapore-Qualified (NQs are welcome to apply as well)
- You come from either a disputes or finance background. Prior experience with R&I matters will be prioritised.
- You have good communication skills and able to handle multiple ongoing deadlines.
- You are driven and committed to delivering excellent service to clients.
