Our client, in the F&B sector, is hiring an accountant. Candidates must have covered accounting in F&B job scopes. This is a full time role.

Location: West (near Bouna Vista mrt)

Salary: Up to $4000 ( depending on experiences )

Mon - Fri : 9AM - 6PM ( 1 hour lunch time, No OT)

Annual leave 14 days

The incumbent is responsible for financial accounting and tax related work in Finance & Accounting Department

He/she will also support/supervise each business unit so that they comply with the regulation in relation to tax and accounting, providing- financial analysis to each business unit for their further improvement and to promote the efficiency of accounting operations of group companies in AP region.

Job responsibility

Accounting Operations

· Handle the daily operations of Finance & Accounting Department including maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project accounting.

· Develop more efficient and accurate work procedure by utilizing workflow system and RPA solutions.

· Handle monthly / quarterly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and month end closings.

· Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets of MHI-AP and its branch offices and subsidiaries for Management & Headquarters.

Complete quarterly reporting of consolidation packages (SAP-FC) within the deadline

Liaising with OverseaS Entities

· In charge of accounting matters related to overseas entities such as accounting / tax (incl. transfer pricing) / internal audit / work procedure

· Proposing and maintain proper accounting methods, policies and principles to ensure overseas entities are operating efficiently & effectively

· Proposing solution for accounting and tax issues on overseas entities

Traveling to overseas entities required

Audit

· Manage both internal & external Audits for MHI-AP and overseas entities with counterparts and auditors

Tax affairs

· Liaise and work closely with the tax agent and relevant local authority in order to ensure the company’s tax filing comply the requirements from government including transfer pricing.

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

· SAP knowledge

· SG GAAP and IFRS knowledge

Knowledge and experience of financial accounting, tax accounting and cost management

· International Travel is required

· Business English
