We are looking for a driven and experienced Office & IT Admin Executive to support Fintonia's administrative and IT requirements in Singapore and across our various offices. The Role:

The Office & IT Administrator is integral to ensuring that Fintonia Group’s office operations are efficient, professional, and aligned with our corporate standards. This role encompasses comprehensive management of physical and procedural office needs, along with overseeing key administrative projects that support our growth and operational excellence. This part-time position (3 days a week) is ideal for someone who is meticulously organized, proactive, and experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Office Management

• Maintain an orderly office environment that is conducive to efficiency and is in alignment with company standards.
• Manage all office logistics, including supply inventory control, procurement of office items, and the maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
• Oversee the setup and upkeep of office infrastructure, ensuring all spaces are functional and reflect the company’s professional image.

2. Administrative Projects

4. Information Technology Support

• Liaise with IT vendors and support services: Serve as the primary point of contact for external IT service providers and vendors. Coordinate service calls and follow-ups to ensure effective resolution of more complex IT issues.

5. Vendor and Stakeholder Relations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of a diploma
• At least 7 years of professional experience in office administration or a closely related field, particularly in managing office operations and leading administrative projects.

OPERATIONAL

SUMMARY

You will be responsible for all aspects of treasury risk management, including liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, foreign exchange, interest rate risk management, collateral management and margining.

THE ROLE

Maintain an exhaustive map of collateral posting requirements across clearers, exchange traded platforms, OTC counterparts and shareholders.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree
7-10 years of experience in commodities trading/ utilities market/ commodities bank as a treasury/ collateral management/ middle-back office

The Internal Controls & Projects Manager shall be responsible for ensuring the right level of internal control and driving process improvement projects within LFCS and LBeauty and managing the conduct of retail audits for perfumes and cosmetics brands across Southeast Asia.

1. Ensuring the right level of internal control within LFCS and LBeauty

a. Coordinate Internal Control self-assessment and action plans implementation

• Execute and coordinate yearly LVMH Enterprise Risk and Internal Control Assessment campaign. Perform test of design and review supporting documents submitted by process owners. Perform substantive tests to validate the accuracy of Test of Design assessment and to ensure alignment with the Group’s internal control expectations.
• Work with the process owners to design action plans to effectively address the gaps identified. Actively support local teams during implementation phases.

b. Implement internal controls on risk areas

• Conduct audit testing of potential risk areas and identify reportable issues.
