The Advocacy and Fundraising Executive/Manager will play a crucial role in advancing our mission by leading campaigns to influence societal attitudes about mental health while developing and implementing fundraising strategies to secure resources for our programs. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and the public to drive change, increase publicity and generate financial support for Clarity’s programs.

1. Campaign Development and Execution: Design and implement campaigns aimed at influencing mental health literacy and public attitudes.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with agencies, partners, media, and community leaders and work with people with lived experience of mental health challenges to amplify their voices.
3. Public Awareness & Outreach: Develop content and materials to raise awareness about mental health issues and create events to promote advocacy goals.
4. Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan, including individual giving, corporate partnerships, grant applications, and events.
5. Digital Fundraising: Manage digital platforms to run fundraising campaigns and optimise social media and email campaigns.
6. Fundraising Events: Plan and execute fundraising events, including budgeting, logistics, staff participation etc.
7. Donor Management: Identify and cultivate potential donors and sponsors. Build and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors ensuring regular communication and appreciation.
8. Reports: Prepare and deliver impact reports to donors; analyse fundraising metrics to assess impact and progress for leadership.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with program teams to align advocacy and fundraising goals with organizational priorities.
10. Project Management: Assume responsibility for assigned projects & initiatives - coordinating with vendors and service providers where required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, public relations, nonprofit management, communications).
• At least two years experience in communications, advocacy, fundraising, community partnerships or similar roles within the nonprofit or mental health sector.
• Knowledge of grant writing and corporate sponsorship strategies.
• Proficiency in digital tools for content creation, fundraising and advocacy.

RResponsibilities

· Responsible for Accounts Payable activities in Singapore and Japan.

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Executive, Community Outreach and Partnerships to join our dedicated team. This role will be integral to fostering partnerships, driving outreach initiatives, and promoting awareness of our programs and services for stroke survivors and their caregivers. The ideal candidate will combine excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a good understanding of community engagement and marketing strategies to increase visibility and support for our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Community Partnerships & Engagement:
   • Identify, build, and maintain strategic partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and local stakeholders to expand our reach and services for stroke survivors and their caregivers.
   • Collaborate with community groups and businesses to promote awareness of stroke detection, recovery programs, caregiving resources, and support services.
   • Act as a liaison for the agency at relevant community events, conferences, and meetings, to strengthen relationships and create new opportunities for collaboration.
   • Work with Programmes team to coordinate and facilitate outreach activities and workshops.
2. Marketing & Communications:
   • Develop and execute marketing strategies to raise awareness of our services, programs, and events across various platforms (social media, website, emails and newsletters, etc.).
   • Create compelling marketing content, including social media posts, brochures and flyers, that resonates with stroke survivors, caregivers, and the broader community.

4. Program Awareness & Education:

5. Reporting & Analysis:
   • Track and report on outreach and marketing efforts, providing regular updates on engagement levels, campaign effectiveness, and partnership development.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, with minimum 2 years working experience.
