- Identification of the hazards and risks relevant to the construction project through regular coordinated site inspections

- Establish and maintain health and safety communication structures and systems, distribution of health and safety specific documents to sub-contractors

- Compiling project specific emergency response and preparedness plans

- Testing the effectiveness of the emergency response plans

- Conduct site safety inductions

- Evaluate the levels of compliance of subcontractors to the project specific health and safety plan and client specifications through inspections and audits

- Oversee the reporting and investigation of project related incident

- Participation in management reviews of the health and safety system

- Review and update the health and safety plan

Responsibilities

• Managing the day to day operation of sports facilities (swimming pools, tennis court, changing rooms) in a safe and effective manner
• Supervise and perform daily counter duties including but not limited to counter services, attending to feedback/suggestions and enforcing facilities’ policies, rules and regulations
• Responsible for the planning, organising and delivering of a range of aquatic and sports programmes catering to different levels and skills
• Responsible for the managing and initiating of sports and social interest groups including but not limited to membership recruitment and engagement activities
• Responsible for the organising of bi-monthly committee meetings including but not limited to timely follow up on decisions required and minutes preparation
• Responsible for the generating of daily facilities utilisation report
• Assist in planning and execution of Club events within budget
• Carry out any other duties or special assignments as may be assigned by the management from time to time

Requirement

• Minimum diploma in related discipline (events or sports management)
• Prior experience working in related fields will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office including Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fun and outgoing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and disciplined
• Ability to work well both individually and in a team with minimal supervision
• Able to work shift and on public holidays

Job scope

• Perform meat-cutting, merchandising and housekeeping duties productively with the aim of optimizing department sales
• Weigh, clean and cut all types and sizes of fishes of all sizes for customers accurately according to standards and requirements
• Upkeep freshness and ensure high quality standards when handling goods at the cutting station, displaying goods at seabed and arranging goods in the storage rooms
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, cleanliness, personal grooming and hygiene at all times to reflect a good company image

• Organizing and storing inventory
• Any other adhoc duties as per assigned

Job Requirement:

• Basic fish cutting skills and product knowledge
• Candidates without relevant experience will also be considered for the trainee role
• Physically fit, able to handle 25kg box.

Requirements:
