Job Description:
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Handle monthly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Comply with Singapore financial policies and regulations
Other Responsibilities Include:
- Handle incorporation secretarial matters, independently, such as preparation of resolutions/minutes for clients’ companies, online submission with ACRA, annual filing, update of statutory registers and minute book etc
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
- Human Resources including payroll, staff claims, employment documents, leave updates, and filing
- Administration including ordering office supplies, and other ad-hoc
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
- Min 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good accounting skills, preferably a full set of account
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as ABSS and MYOB
- Good attitude and ability to work independently as well as a team
- Meticulous, detailed, resourceful, and willing to take up additional responsibility
