he incumbent shall be part of the Finance Shared Services (FSS), Sundry Billing team. The person shall be responsible for the following:

• Perform customers debt collections, including sending email reminders.
• Prepare fee collection report.
• Compute commission charges for Credit Card & PayLah payment.
• Perform bank charges posting and bank statement reconciliation.
• Perform computation of late fees.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing and follow up actively to reduce AR days.
• Liaise with customers / institutions on billing matters / disputes.
• Monthly download AR details report.
• Month-end to assist in payment receipts postings.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounting is preferred; Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in SAP is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Possess good communication skills to communicate with stakeholders of all levels.
• Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
• ServeSafe certification or equivalent food safety training preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve operational goals and key performance indicators that are aligned to the organization's overall strategic objectives
• Serve as the public relations front for the centre by planning, executing and maintaining an effective communication programme via the carious channels, eg; dialogues, briefings, internet, intranet static information, newsletters and handbooks to shape behavior of customers, service partners and employees.
• Prepare and analyse statistical reports on a periodic basis
• Analyse customers' feedback and recommend areas of improvement and solutions
• Monitor service partners' performance and investigate late payments that are due to system problems to ensure timeliness and accuracy of payments
• Coach, train, and develop employees to their fullest potential
• Investigate any non-conformances to Service Level Agreement to faciliate corrective and preventive action
• Review, streamline and implement solutions to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness
