Documentation and Record-Keeping
- Maintain accurate and organized records of F&B inventory, orders, and supplier information.
- Assist in updating and managing menus, pricing, and promotional materials.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to sales, expenses, and other relevant F&B data.
Order Processing and Coordination
- Collaborate with suppliers to place and track F&B orders, ensuring timely delivery and stock availability.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to communicate any changes or updates to orders.
Event Support
- Provide administrative support for F&B events, including coordination of catering services, room setups, and guest lists.
- Assist in planning and executing special promotions and themed events.
Communication
- Facilitate effective communication within the F&B department and with other departments.
- Respond to inquiries from customers, suppliers, and team members promptly and professionally.
Expense Management
- Assist in tracking F&B expenses, processing invoices, and reconciling financial records.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as any other relevant industry standards.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining F&B policies and procedures.
Job Requirement
Qualifications
- Min. GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
Experience
- 1 – 2 years of relevant administrative experience
Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
