Key Responsibilities:

• MEP Design Management: Oversee the design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring adherence to relevant standards.
• Attend site visits and meetings for tender briefings.
• Review and interpret tender specifications, client needs, drawings, and related documents.
• Work closely with suppliers and contractors to gather proposals and conduct evaluations.

Requirements

Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge (ASK)

• Min Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in M&E works for interior fitting out projects.
• Proficient in preparing M&E technical designs, technical documentation, tender specifications, and presentation materials for tender interviews.
• Strong understanding of the tender preparation and submission process.
• Experience in project costing and estimating is a MUST
• Familiarity with BCA Green Mark requirements.
• Knowledge of Dialux or other lighting simulation software is a MUST
• Strong abilities in delivering effective tender presentations.
• Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic, professionalism, and integrity.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns that align with the company's branding and marketing strategies.
• Develop content for digital and social media channels, including graphic carousel posts and short videos.
• Create and adapt marketing creatives, including eDMs, digital banners, brand guides, website graphics, short “explainer” videos, slide presentations, posters, brochures, and advertisements.

Web Design: Visual Enhancement of organization website:

• Ensure web visuals are optimized and responsive across all devices.
• Design and create visually appealing informative infographics, charts, and illustrations to present complex information in a clear and accessible manner for organization website.

Supporting Development of Brand Architecture and Enhancement of Brand Guidelines:

• Aid in the development and implementation of a new brand architecture.
• Support the expansion of the existing brand guide to include usage of brand elements and guidelines for sub-brands and co-branding lockups.
• Assist in maintaining and uploading brand identity and guidelines to ensure brand consistency and visual integrity across all touchpoints, marketing materials, and channels.

Develop and Maintain an Organized Asset Library:

• Create and update templates for marketing materials, such as EDMs, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Streamline collaboration with other divisions by curating relevant assets and sharing existing templates where relevant.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Mass Communication/ Marketing or any related field.
• Min 2 years of experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and other relevant design work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), web design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD for designing collaterals.
• Familiar with web design, user interface design principles, responsive design, and web accessibility standards will be a plus.

Job Description – Bang & Olufsen Customer Service Coordinator

• Attend to customers’ enquiries over the phone, WhatsApp, email and walk-in
• Provide technical assistance/support to customers (training will be provided)
• Support and work closely with the installation and service team
• Manage installation and service appointments
• Liaise with Sales Support and Sales to schedule product installations
• Manage service centre and stock inventory
• Process warranty and claim submission
• Maintain and update after sales service jobs in POS
• Ensure compliance with company standard procedure to deliver excellent service
• Keep up to date with all procedures, products and services of the organisation
• Perform related administrative duties as required
• Any other ad-hoc task as assigned by Regional Service Manager
