Responsibilities :

• Responsible for all the graphic visuals, designs and concepts.
• Required to work closely with the operations team to conceptualize ideas and submit proposals in a timely manner.
• Must play an active role in providing creative ideas.
• Must participate actively in the brainstorming sessions and processes.
• Participate in meetings as and when required for specific projects.
• Follow through the projects from beginning to the end ensuring the highest quality standards.

Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in the event, interior design or exhibi- tion industries.
• Proficient in Studio Max, Photoshop CS3, Adobe Illustrator and AutoCAD.
• Creative individual with good design flair.
• Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

• 5.5 days work week, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Mon-Fri), 9.00 am to 1pm (Sat)

· To work with Production Team to fulfill orders as per business requirements in a timely and professional manner.

· To work with Pastry Chef/Operations Manager to prepare menu presentations, involved in development of new products when necessary.

· Ensuring that proper mise en place are maintained for the kitchen.

· Ensure that all kitchen equipment in your kitchen are cleaned and sanitized, organized and maintained as per standards.

· Ensure proper stock rotations in all areas of the kitchen and minimize wastage.

> Ensuring for daily cleanliness of washing area and whole premises

> Ensuring for preparation of produciton required on daily basic

> Assisting in daily preparation and production of products according to Company’s standards in presentation and quality

> Ensure that all raw & finished goods adhere to quality, hygiene and food safety.

> Maintain and enforce cleanliness standards and complain to Food Safety Program and

SFA regulations.

> Able to communicate and work well with team members

> Monitor inventory and ensure available stocks.

> Minimise wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items.

> Assisting to Chef with operational needs and organise production in daily basic.

> Excellent organisational skills, team player and able to work on weekends and public

holidays.

> Conduct ad hoc duties as required.

The role

We’re looking for a passionate fashion designer & merchandiser to join our close-knit team!

You’ll play an important role in the company and be responsible for creating stylish apparels our customers will love. You’ll also be in charge of visual merchandising for all our brick-and-mortar stores and stockists.

Job Description

– Liaise and coordinate with factories on production related matters
– Execute and oversee the entire design and production process - from research and planning, designing, fitting and budgeting to the actual launching phase

– Trend research, sourcing new fabrics and new garment factories
– Lead visual merchandising efforts at our boutique and stockists
– Educate our team of retail associates on new products and styling how-tos
– Work closely with marketing team on creative content; manage storyboarding and video production for digital channels and social media

– Coordinate photoshoots for new product launch
– Any other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Textile/Fashion Design or equivalent.
– Working knowledge and experience in drafting (paper or digital patterns)
– Good command of English and Mandarin language
– Able to work independently and is eager to learn
– Prior experience working in the fashion industry is a plus
– Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, or other CAD or design software(s)
– Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail
– Overseas factory visits periodically
