The Custody Implementations & Change Manager provides responsibility and oversight to onboard new custody clients while also supporting existing clients with incremental growth asks. May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results. Work affects an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Responsibilities:

• Focuses on timely and accurate delivery of all custody related activities and products being implemented for clients, as well as delivering superior customer service and resolution of customer concerns related to the onboarding process.
• Responsible for project management in the custody space, while managing cross-functional relationships with all teams when applicable. Working closely with Implementation managers when multi-product deals are being executed.
• Collaborates with team on new work procedures.

1. Business Development & Sales
• Identify and secure business opportunities from associations,

2. Operations Management

The Deposits & Investments (D&I) Product Manager for Japan Asia North Australia (JANA) and Asia South (AS) cluster is responsible for the strategy and execution of the global D&I strategy in these clusters. This includes pricing engine rollouts, transformation of time deposits, overdrafts management, earnings credit rates programs, money market fund offerings and interest repricing initiatives. They are the focal point for D&I product management (including risk and control/compliance in the clusters) and work with sales to commercialize D&I solutions.

• ​Work with the Global D&I team to define the vision and strategy for D&I solutions in JANA and AS clusters.
• Partner with the Global D&I and with the LMS Cluster team to research client needs/competitor actions.
