– Gather and transport all supplies needed for the set up of a function including but not limited, silver, china, linen, skirts, glassware, condiments etc.

– Set up buffet tables according to One Paradise and function requirements with a creative flair.

– Properly set all tables, side stations and the back of the house areas for functions according to service standards

– Report any incident to immediate superior and followed up with the events report

– Assist in the placement of any food items in a function room for a display or a buffet and the ability to serve from buffet line

– Serve, prepare the proper mise-en-place for any function

The Restaurant Manager of Butcher’s Block is responsible to support the Restaurant General Manager for supervising the overall operations and service standards of the outlet to meet and exceed guest’s dining experience expectations. • Collate the teaching requirements for each lessons and make the order/purchases.

• Check deliveries against the delivery order invoice submitted by suppliers
• Take stock of materials used and replenish stock when necessary.
• Refer to class time table for preparations of room for lessons.
• Keep records of food purchase bills.
• Maintain annual stock take all necessary equipment.
