• Ensure that workflows for new and existing services are reviewed, optimised and streamlined.

Partner Head, Ops & Admin in achieving patient / caregiver satisfaction targets

• Responsible for devising innovative services to continually improve service levels and delight patients.

Involvement in Campus development workshops and planning.

• Responsible for achieving volume and financial targets for clinical targets assigned. Develop and carry out clinical service plans in consultation with clinical chiefs to ensure that goals are met.
• Manage Service Associates (SAs) providing services in service points, as the Reporting officer
• Ensure that SAs receive appropriate induction, orientation, and training so that they possess appropriate skills and knowledge to carry out their jobs.
• Responsible for staff engagement, recruitment and retention to achieve stable, skilled and motivated workforce and achieve the desired patient / caregiver and service outcomes.
• Responsible for two-way communication between staff and management and ensure timely dissemination of information, escalation of issues and recommending solutions to problems

Participate in committees and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements
• Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years’ work experience in Healthcare industry

• Healthcare operational experience will be advantageous

• At least 4 years of experience in managing frontline staff
• Analytical, quantitative with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint

Job Scope:

• Assist Registered Nurses/Enrolled Nurses in providing basic care planned for patients
• Change bed linen and makes up beds.
• Dress and assist with personal hygiene of patients.
• Attend to skin care of helpless and immobile patients with stable conditions
• Assist with lifting, moving and transporting patients.
• Serves diet/removes meal trays.
• Help patients with good swallowing reflexes and able to drink and eat normally (and no contraindications for oral feeding) with their drinking/eating.
• Assist Registered Nurses/Enrolled Nurses to observe general condition of patients and reports observations (usual and unusual) to the nurse-in-charge e.g. behavior.
• Give and remove bedpans and urinals for patients.
• Assist the Registered Nurses/Enrolled Nurses in treatment under supervision:
• Apply cold compress and carries out tepid sponging.
• Assist with general duties:
• Answer call bells and gives assistance within constraint of his/her responsibilities.
• Engage patients in conversation to allay anxiety and helps them to settle in.

• Food Preparation Support: Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and plating dishes. Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes and chef instructions. Help in the preparation of salads, sauces, and simple dishes.
• Kitchen Cleanliness: Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and organized at all times. Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Clean and sanitize work surfaces, kitchen equipment, and floors in accordance with hygiene standards. Dispose of kitchen waste properly and manage recycling as needed.
• Equipment and Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies. Ensure that food items are stored properly and maintain an organized storage area. Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.
• Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures. Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to all kitchen safety protocols. Report any potential hazards or equipment issues to the Kitchen Manager.
• Additional Support: Assist in setting up and breaking down kitchen stations as needed. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager to support the efficient running of the kitchen.
