JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and working directly with the Governing Board, the Executive Assistant (EA) is actively responsible for supporting the daily administrative & operational needs of the CEO’s office and managing the CEO’s office. The EA will also function as the Secretariat to the Board and may, where necessary, communicate directly to the Governing Board in matters concerning scheduling of Board meetings and discussions. Brief description of the Restaurant

La Saigon is setup in 2018 to promote the goodness of Vietnamese food and coffee to the world. Our foods are prepared daily using fresh ingredient and premium produce. Traditional Vietnamese herbs and recipes are used to bring out the original taste of Vietnamese cuisine such as Pho, Banh Mi, Bun and Spring Roll. All our coffee beans are sourced directly from the volcanic highland of Vietnam and roasted locally in Singapore. Every cup is freshly grinded and brewed before we serve to customers.

Job Descriptions

• Assist head chef with food prep tasks like chopping, peeling, and marinating.
• Help with cooking simple dishes under the supervision of our head chef.
• Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly.
• Carry out kitchen inventory checks, and report shortages to the management.
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Any other matters required by the head chef and management.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not necessary. Training will be provided.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations and health and safety regulations.
• Passion for food and the hospitality industry.

Working hours

• 6days, 8hrs per day

• Manage and ensure a smooth operation across all departments to meet delivery deadlines.
• Liaise with department leads to coordinate inter-departmental schedule, makes technical decisions and ensuring resources are well maximised.
• Join site meeting to interact with external customers to negotiate on technical and contractual matters.
• Implement upgrading of workforce, cost effectiveness, improvement of manufacturing standard and quality control.
• Supervise and control all budget elements to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of welding and machining experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong leadership, planning, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

Your key roles & responsibilities include:

and regulations and relevant internal rules that are applicable to the bank and its clients

· Coordinating with HQ relevant departments/sections, and effectively communicating with regional offices’

What you should have:

· A Bachelor’s Degree

· At least 5 years of relevant experience in compliance analysis, planning, relevant rule

Institutions operating overseas

· Good problem-solving skills and the ability to acquire consensus among stakeholders.
