PCF Sparkle Care is an integrated eldercare facility. The Senior Care Centre provides centre-based community care services for seniors who are physically frail and in need of supervision during the day while their loved ones are at work.
Executive (Partnership Development & Project Management) , Senior Care Divsion
Job Description:
Partnership
- Assist Manager to draw up partnership agreements (eg. MOUs) for review and approval and successful implementation of partnership workflow/processes and systems. (eg set up of agreed workflows between partners for the partnership)
- Coordinate with other team members within Sparkle Care and external partners to ensure all aspects of the core partnerships can work effectively e.g., facilitate seamless delivery of the continuum of care between the inhouse and external AAC, SCC and the HPC+ teams.
- Collect and compile KPI information for data reporting and KPI Submission on a weekly/monthly basis.
Active Aging Centres
- Cover day to day operations in the Eldercare Service at the designated Senior Care Centres or newly awarded Active Ageing Centres as required.
- Deliver a high level of customer service and engagement with seniors and community partners.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of networking and collaboration, incidents and phone calls/communications.
Volunteer Management
- Contribute to Sparkle Care’s Volunteer Management effort, where needed.
Other Duties
- Assist in the review of programmes and service offerings from time to time to keep up with the development in the eldercare sector.
- Participate actively in ad hoc projects to improve service quality and brand name of PCF Sparkle Care
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Officer
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma from an accredited University or Polytechnic
- Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in an eldercare setting or befriending and buddying services [or volunteering services]
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possesses a passionate and sincere disposition to work with seniors
