Working Location: Island wide shopping mall

Responsibilities:

· To greet customers and provide good customer service

· To have good product knowledge (training provided)

· To ensure overall cleanliness of the shop at all times

· To perform duties at the cashier, ensuring that payments are charged correctly

· Perform other related tasks as assigned by managers and supervisors

Requirements:

· No Experience required, training will be provided

· Candidates who possess a Basic Food Hygiene certificate will have an added advantage.

· Team player, with a good learning attitude

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food and Beverage (F&B) Cashier to join our team. The F&B Cashier will be responsible for handling customer transactions, managing the cash register, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced food and beverage setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and professional manner
• Accurately process transactions using the cash register, including handling cash, credit, and debit card payments
• Ensure all transactions are processed smoothly and balances are maintained at the end of each shift
• Provide information on menu items, specials, and promotions when requested by customers
• Collaborate with team members to manage order flow and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Follow all company policies regarding handling money, including cash management, cash register operation, and end-of-day reconciliation
• Maintain knowledge of health and safety standards to ensure a clean, safe, and compliant food service area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in an F&B or retail setting
• Basic math skills and familiarity with handling cash and card transactions
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
