Job Title: Senior Executive, Clinical Affairs & Education

Location: Taiseng

Working Day: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 8 Hours/Day (8 am-5 pm, 8.30 am-5.30 pm or 9 am-6 pm)

Basic:$3500 (Depends on experience)

Responsibilities:

Academy and Education:

• Assist in the planning, execution and post-event review of corporate wellness programmes.
• Develop and manage Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programmes for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioners and public TCM awareness courses.
• Maintain effective relationships with customers and collaborating partners.
• Deliver clinical training when necessary.

Clinical Affairs and Governance:

• Participate in clinical trails management and oversee regulatory compliance in alignment with clinical operations.
• Serve as the liaison with government agencies and regulatory bodies on clinical governance matters.
• Conduct clinic audit with appointed auditors and / or external accredited organisation(s).
• Coordinate physician promotion evaluations.
• Provides secretarial support for Medical Advisory Board & Device Evaluation Committee.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Science or medical related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in clinical affairs (conventional medicine or TCM.
• Knowledge of clinical trials and regulatory processes is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Western medicine or TCM is a plus.
