The F&B Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional customer service, smooth team coordination, and adherence to company standards. This involves managing the team and maintaning the quality fo products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive customer service and high quality control
- Supervise, motivate, and mentor the team to maintain superior performance and productivity
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding and training new staff members
- Create and manage staff roster, ensuring adequate manpower deployment during peak hours
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage inventory and supplies, placing order when necessary
- Ensure compliance with statutory health and safety regulations, cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Assist with cash handling, till reconciliation and daily financial reporting
- Address operational challenges and resolve issues effeciently
