The Membership & Corporate Relations (MCR) actively promote and engage SNEF members and employers at large. We are expanding and are looking for Executives/ Senior Executives who are passionate to work with C suite and HR leaders to promote good employment practices and advocate the interests of employers.

Responsibilities:

• Drives and monitor the recruitment and retention efforts of SNEF membership.
• Drives and monitor the development and execution of engagement efforts for SNEF members and stakeholders.
• Drives and monitor efforts to enhance the members experience.
• Assist the department head in the routine submission of the governance reports.
• Assist the department head in task assigned to the department.

Job Requirements:

• Must have 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business and related fields of study.

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for business planning through supporting group head at Planning Group in Japanese and Korean Corporate Banking Department Asia Pacific. The department comprises of 8 countries relation management teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Business Planning and progress review including periodical reporting to senior leader.
• Managing organization items, such as reorganization, arrangement of Delegation of Authorities, and Headcount control.
• Conducting performance evaluation among department.
• Arranging Evaluation framework in department, KPI setting
• Handling department budget management (Gross profit, expense, balance sheet)
• Implementation of various business initiatives
• Collaborate with relevant department of Head Office in Tokyo and in APAC region to effectively enhance business and governance in department.

Job Requirements

• University graduate with strong academic background
• Business planning and marketing experience in Banking sector
• Proficiency in Japanese is advantageous as this role requires the incumbent to create reports and presentations to relevant department in Head Office in Japanese
• Knowledge of Japanese Banking Law and banking regulations
• Communicating Effectively

• Good organization skills and ability to prioritize, manage and meet expectations/deadlines with strong work ethics, integrity and commitment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Purpose Of Role

The purpose of this role is to support the Director, People and Corporate Services in providing leadership for the key functions including HR, Finance and Operation & Admin to strengthen the internal capacity, and to develop and implement strategy to support the organisations overall strategic direction and workplan.

Job Description

• Develop and implement strategies and workplans for People and Corporate Services that support NVPCs strategic direction
• Advise key stakeholders including the leadership team on People and Corporate Services related matters
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members,
• Ensure all policies, procedures and guidelines stay relevant, comply with legislation, and strong internal controls are in place,
• Ensure the day-to-day operational activities of the organisation runs smoothly and effectively,
• Analyse complex issues and develop solutions in the form of plans and strategies,
• Prepare management reports to update Leadership Team, Committee and Board,
• Oversee and manage the Teams budget and Risk Register,
• Responsible for the development for the team members

• At least a degree, preferably in major of Business Management, HR and/or Finance
• At least 5 years of relevant working experiences at management level
• Well versed with Corporate Governance, Employment Act, Accounting Standards and Workplace Safety & Health Act
• Strong Supervisory and Leadership skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work under pressure with a good sense of urgency in a dynamic and fast paced environment,
• Initiative-taking, assertive, people-oriented and driven,
• Proven strong record in Staff Engagement, Learning & Development, and Change Management will have advantages for this role
